Composed with a versatile and tasteful choice and use of as many local ingredients as possible!  

During the Christmas holidays you can order sandwiches during the week and on Saturday with the exception of Christmas Day and Boxing Day and January 1st, because then there is no sandwiches service. In January, the baker goes on holiday, so even then no sandwiches can be ordered.
