Health Situation Coronavirus - Update after the press conference of January 20, 2021

We wish you a warm welcome to one of our holiday parks. In order to offer you a safe and relaxing stay, we ask you to read the following code of conduct drawn up by the HISWA-RECRON:

Always… Always keep 1.5 meters apart. If you are coughing, have a cold or a family member has a fever, stay at home! Avoid crowds in nature or other areas, otherwise stay in or at your holiday home.

Good preparation ... Check the website of the park where you are going to stay and that of the municipality for current information about special measures - such as closing off areas, paths, roads and parking lots - and guidelines. Make use of cycling and walking apps so that you can map out the route accurately. The lobby can help you with this if necessary.

A safe departure ... EuroParcs is affiliated with HISWA-RECRON and has drawn up a Corona protocol in consultation. A copy is available at every lobby and can be requested digitally. Take note of it and follow the instructions. As a destination, avoid crowded places and busy times. The lobby can inform you about this.

Can I go on vacation at EuroParcs in the Netherlands?
Yes, you can. Our Dutch parks are just open. However, the government's advice is to limit travel movements and stay at the vacation address as much as possible. So you and your family can enjoy our cozy vacation homes to the fullest. This way you'll still have a good time. In addition, our parks are all located in places with plenty of peace, space and nature. A walk or bike ride in the area will give you a breath of fresh air in a responsible way!

Can I stay safely at the resort?
Yes, we want to emphasize that guests can still come to our parks/resorts safely. A lot is possible because we have taken our measures for a safe stay, under the motto #staysafe #safestay.

Safe check-in ► our check-in procedures are fully equipped for safety and according to RIVM guidelines and our employees wear mouth caps.

What about the swimming pools and indoor playgrounds?
Swimming pools and indoor playgrounds of hotels, campsites and vacation parks in the Netherlands are open again!

And the hospitality industry?
Cafés and restaurants in hotels and vacation parks must abide by the national rules for the catering industry. This also applies to EuroParcs. The hospitality industry can only open for pick-up and delivery. Ask the resort of your choice about the options available, or contact our Customer Contact Centre on +31 (0)88 070 80 90 .

Can I go to the breakfast shop/supermarket at the park?
The breakfast stores and supermarkets at our resorts are open, but they also adhere to the national measures for stores. The employees keep enough distance, wear mouth caps and we appreciate it if you do the same.

I want to live with several households in one EuroParcs vacation home, is that allowed?
A group may consist of a maximum of 4 persons (excluding children up to and including 12 years of age) or 1 household. It is therefore not possible to rent or let a vacation home or room with more than 4 people (except people from your own household).

I want to cancel anyway
Our Dutch vacation parks are open and you can stay with us. If you want to cancel, the RECRON conditions apply or you can contact your cancellation insurance. Can't you come because of the stricter measures? For example if you are with a group of more than 2 people from multiple households? Please contact us on +31 (0)88 070 80 90, so we can look for a suitable solution together with you.

Why don't I get a refund if I want to cancel?
You have made a booking with us and the vacation home has been reserved for you in that period. You can have a safe vacation with us and the house is ready for you to use, cleaned and well. We understand that in this special period there are people who prefer to stay at home, in such a case we are helpful and book free of charge to go to another period or another park if desired. In case of an arrival date before December 1, 2020, we may provide a voucher that can be redeemed later when booking.

Are mouth masks mandatory in the park?
Our staff at the park will wear a mask in every public area and will ask guests to do the same. In our reception a mouth mask is mandatory for all. This is for the safety of our staff and guests.

Cancellations
Do you want to cancel despite the explanation of the above measures? Then your stay can be rebooked. Do you have an arrival date before 1 November 2020? Then you can also receive a voucher if you do not want to be rebooked.

From the Cabinet there is no restriction for vacations in your own country. Do you want to cancel despite the explanation of the above measures? Then your stay can be rebooked, for example, to a park/resort closer to where you live in order to limit the travel distance if possible. On the other hand, your stay can be rebooked to a later date or receive a voucher if it concerns an arrival date before 15 November 2020. We do not give money back, because a safe stay at our parks/resorts is possible.

Number of guests in a vacation home
The urgent advice of the central government is that, just as in the home situation, vacation homes should only be rented to one family and a maximum of 2 persons who do not belong to the family. Children up to 12 years of age are not included. Groups may consist of a maximum of 4 adults. We will follow the explanation of HISWA-Recron until further notice.

Group accommodations
For group bookings we follow the same advice as for a house in the home situation, see above under vacation home. This means that during the period of tightening the rules, we do not make bookings for groups of persons unless one household plus 2 from other households (excluding children up to 12 years old).
