Who, what, where, when
Once Egmond was a small fishing village on the North Holland coast, today it has grown into one of the most popular seaside resorts in the Netherlands. And here, in Egmond aan den Hoef, you will find EuroParcs de Woudhoeve. Close to the spacious sandy beach, between the dunes and close to the cozy Egmond and Bergen. The place to get a breath of fresh air.
Long beach walks in the fall, a cozy Christmas market in the winter, a New Year's dive to usher in the new year or a refreshing swim in the summer months. And if you come in the spring, you will be treated to colorful flower bulb fields. It doesn't matter at what time of year you plan on coming, because at EuroParcs De Woudhoeve: every season has its charm. That sounds amazing, doesn't it?
Everything revolves around water in EuroParcs de Woudhoeve. You can swim in the heated swimming pool or in the recreational lake at the park. Or explore the water by paddling in a canoe. Your luxury holiday home is only 5 kilometers away from the beach of Egmond. After a refreshing dip in the North Sea, you can lounge on one of the terraces along the coast. If you want to explore Egmond, a visit to the Sint-Adelbertabdij, the oldest abbey in the Netherlands is recommended or climb the J.C.J. van Speijk, the oldest working lighthouse in the country. Numerous cycling and walking routes have been set out in the area. Alkmaar with its famous cheese market is only a half hour bikeride away from the park.
In recent years, attention has been focused on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), the environment and sustainability in business. More and more companies have received a quality mark in the form of, for example, a Green Key. We from team EuroParcs De Woudehoeve are proud that we can bear this quality mark. With the Green Key, our guests want to show that we attach great importance to sustainable business! All our rental accommodations comply with Green Key standards.
